Cars have it easy, because we can see when their having issues and gauge when we might need to take them in for maintenance or stop for gas. Similarly though, our bodies need recharging, and sometimes our sleep at night just isn’t enough. The body has a lot of mechanisms to alert us of our issues, but just as many to help us power through them. However, just because our awareness is elsewhere, doesn’t mean that we’re in the clear; you wouldn’t skip getting gas because you don’t have time. Instead you realize that not fueling up will cost you more time in the end.
